Barack Hussein Obama - Having it both ways

March 16, 2008
Barack Hussein Obama is having it both ways, and the main stream media is not only
allowing it, they are aiding and abetting the charade.
For the record, I feel comfortable referring to Senator Obama as Barack Hussein Obama
because he referred to himself using his entire name (even the "H" one) in an interview
with Tavis Smiley way back on October 18 of last year, and the discussion was not even
one of heritage or names. Barack offered up his entire name unprovoked and without
reservation. Periodic flirtations with the name "Barry" notwithstanding, his full name
today, as he himself stated in October of 2007, is Barack Hussein Obama. Period.
Additionally, the name "Hussein" allows him to have things.... both ways. Senator Obama
can gain the attention of the 'transcendent, globalist, multi-culturalist' set with such a
"worldly" middle name, while at the same time reaping the rewards of being the unfairly
discriminated against 'victim.' Undoubtedly, any campaign veteran would acknowledge
that "unfairly maligned victim" status plays well with the public, just ask Hillary Diane
Rodham Clinton. Barack Hussein Obama can play both sides of this issue, and - incredibly,
a third benefit presents itself; he can be "above it," he can not respond at all - or
minimally. The "I am bigger than those who make such implications... " approach. This is
big, big political posturing. Heavy stuff.
Barack Hussein Obama is also having his way with defining the "influence" Reverend
Jeremiah Wright has had on him, his family, and his campaign. Explanations we hear from
Senator Obama don't pass the smell test, yet... the liberal media accepts the 'non-denial
denials' and 'distancing without definition' wholeheartedly. If Rev. Jeremiah Wright
married Barack Hussein Obama and Michelle LaVaughn Robinson, if he baptized their two
daughters, if he was the inspiration/source for the name of Barack's book "The Audacity
of Hope", and if the Obama family has attended Rev. Wright's church for 20 years, who in
their right mind would accept that Rev. Wright preaches things that go against what the
Obamas believe? What is only now coming to the forefront for public consumption is that
Reverend Wright is no more than a loud, raving, race baiting, hate mongerer... then again,
you may ask, is there any other kind?
There is a catch-22 to the 'Reverend Wright' situation, if any contemplative American (or
journalist) wishes to venture beyond blind condemnation of "guilt by association." That
unavoidable but much ignored follow up question, that catch-22 would be: if Barack
Hussein Obama is not in agreement with Jeremiah Wright's political/racial/spiritual
beliefs, but remains in his congregation, indeed, allows Wright on his "African American
Religious Leadership" campaign committee, what does this say about the strength of
convictions of Senator Obama? I would love to have a discussion with someone who
posits the idea our President should not be a leader possessing strong convictions. I
might find this debate supported by the Obama campaign, but I might not. Weakness of
character is not something to brag about.
Barack Hussein Obama and Michelle LaVaughn Robinson Obama see their racial status as a
vehicle to have things, (YES)... BOTH WAYS! They know what it is like to have taxicabs
pass them by on the street, and as Michelle lamented to Steve Kroft on 60 Minutes, "as a
'black man', Barack could be shot pumping gas." Shouldn't we all be pleased that in our
great nation, people who suffer such indignities can also rise to the upper levels of
society, receiving ivy league educations and reaping the benefits of cushy real estate deals
that don't seem to occur for just "any tom, dick or harry" off the street? Truly, America is
blessed. You can be a 'victimized elitist!' What's better? Sadly, in a presidential
campaign, probably nothing. A victimized, multicultural, equivocating silver tongued elitist
may suit the bill just fine, but Geraldine Ferraro's fellow liberals forgot to clue her in on
the one applicable rule here: DON'T DARE SAY IT.
Barack Hussein Obama wanted it both ways with Pakistan, he wants it both ways with
'lifting people up' while taxing the rest of us out of house and home. Senator Obama
wants to CHANGE America, but we are "the greatest nation on Earth." Does Barack
Hussein Obama want to change America, or the entire world and just have us pay for it?
(reference the Global Poverty Act, S. 2433.) I want clarification on all these issues
because it will affect my life, my country, and my future.
A side note worth mentioning is that "having it both ways" seems to be a standard thing
for democrat presidential candidates, presidents and politicans. Bill "depends on what the
meaning of 'is' is" Clinton, (perjuror in Chief), John " I voted for it before I voted against
it" Kerry, and also Hillary "I've got so much experience, but Bill was actually President"
Clinton come to mind. And I have to say it, Eliot "I'm gonna steamroll you, but meet me at
the Mayflower Hotel" Spitzer just joined these ranks. Although many politicians on both
sides of the aisle attempt "having it both ways," these are the stand outs of the class, the
truly gifted spinners, liars, and equivocators.
Let's be honest. Barack Hussein Obama is nothing if not ambitious. He means to join these
"have it both way" hooligans, and we're supporting his effort.
