An Uncertain Realm
Many historians list September 17, 1862, as “America’s bloodiest day” when
more than 23,000 Union and Confederate men died at the battle of
Sharpsburg, Maryland. This carnage that our nation imposed upon itself
continued for three more years and culminated when Andersonville Prison
was “liberated” and stunned Union soldiers sat and cried upon discovering
that 13,000 prisoners were purposely, and heinously, starved to their
deaths. We persecuted Adolf Hitler for doing the same thing years later; and
not to Americans.
Our “realm” has grown since the days men stood twenty feet apart and
opened fire upon each other with weapons that often didn’t work. Our
“kingdom” has since extended to nearly every nation on this sphere we call
Earth.
Our enemy, however, is less clearly defined. His “uniform” is not recognized
by the color of cloth, but by the mental anguish on his face that has created
the fuel for war since the dawn of man; and this is WILL, a diligent
determination and mental faculty by which one chooses or imposes a course
of action.
Recorded history will show man has exercised his “will” to go into battle
because he was over-taxed, under fed, under yoke, and yes, under the
assumption his religious beliefs should be imposed upon everyone within his
“realm”.
Earth) adheres to the teachings of Muhammed.
Earth) adheres to the teachings of Muhammed.
Oil, language, and customs aside, this IS about whose God is greater, and
one side is willing to fly terrorized passengers into the side of office
buildings and blow their children up in the streets to let the rest of us know
their actions are a product of ignorance rather than a symptom of weakness
of WILL.
Muslims offer no clear alternative teaching, and gain fanatically loyal
followers by claiming a lofty disdain for material success. Fanatics oppose
the thought of any careful application of a dialectical method that employs
critical inquiry that even “hints” of undermining the plausibility of their
doctrines. Destroying anyone who isn’t of their illusion, that only they
(Islamics) comprehend the world perfectly and honestly, is a fact of their
own ignorance.
A vital step toward acquiring genuine knowledge is discovering the
universal definitions of the key concepts governing human life. The
hardheads that led our citizens face to face at Sharpsburg couldn’t grasp
this concept, nor can those who send teenagers into the streets of the Gaza
to blow themselves up in the name of “righteousness”.
Man has always had an uncertain realm; whether it be his back yard, his
country, or the entire, globe. He wants to impose his ideals and will upon
everyone else because, well, because we like to be RIGHT.
Seven thousand men died in the first thirty minutes at the battle of
Sharpsburg (Antietam). Today it takes thirty minutes for a nuclear missile to
reach any target on this planet. The weapons are more devastating, the
consequences certainly more severe, but time has NEVER changed why men
fight for territory we call our realm…their insistence and conviction to be
right.
Many Americans choose to live in denial within our realm that all but a few
Muslims are peaceful. How can a logical person cling to a culturally tied
religious system that has murdered 7.5 non Muslims in the past three
decades and kills non Muslims today in 44 countries around our globe?
Where is the advertised peace and tolerance within this behavior? Where is
the peaceful religion that will not allow other church's to be built on their
land?
I ask each of you to take the time to research and study this growing
question within our "realm", before we surrender our culture and
sovereignty. Ask yourselves if the future of your children and
grandchildren are worth the denial that Islam wants non Muslims to convert
or die. Study American history, and remind yourself that the millions of
tombstones scattered across our land from sea to shinning sea are there
because brave men believed in the United States of America. Look hard at
what will be so easy to give-up, after being so hard to obtain.
